The Reserve at Meadowmont team takes great pride in providing you with your dream apartment home from the moment you move-in. Prior to your arrival, your home will have the paint refreshed, be professionally cleaned, and your carpet will be steam cleaned.
In most cases, you do not need to be present for a service technician to perform work in your apartment, such as routine maintenance or repairs. However, if the work involves access to personal or secure areas, or if you prefer to be present during the service, we are happy to accommodate your preferences.
Yes, we do offer on-site maintenance for our residents! If you need assistance with any issues in your apartment, simply submit a maintenance request through our resident portal or contact the office.
To request repair assistance for an item in your unit, simply submit a Maintenance Request through our online resident portal or app or you can call or email the leasing office, and we’ll be happy to log the request for you. Be sure to include as much detail as possible about the issue, including the specific location, description of the problem, and any relevant photos if possible.
If you’re locked out of your apartment, don’t worry! We’re here to help. Reach out to the leasing office or emergency maintenance line (if during office hours). We can send someone to assist you. For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before providing access to your unit. If after hours, we ask that you contact a locksmith to assist in regaining access.
If you have a maintenance emergency, we’re here to help right away! Please contact the emergency maintenance line immediately (follow the prompts on our office line). Our team will prioritize your request and send someone out as soon as possible to handle the situation. If it’s after hours, emergency maintenance is available 24/7 and must be contacted by the emergency maintenance line (accessed through our regular business number). Typical emergency calls are considered for high or low temperatures, no water, plumbing related issues where one toilet is involved, or leaks.
Amenities
Parking is available on a 1st come, 1st served basis. We do not have reserved parking spaces and parking passes are not needed (subject to change). We have garages available for any resident who may request it and charges will be billed monthly.
Resort-style swimming pool with sundeck for lounging, cozy clubhouse with meeting area, 24-Hour Fitness Studio with Matrix spin bikes and TRX suspension training, two outdoor barbeque grilling stations, Community Garden, bark park, beautifully manicured courtyards with bench seating, Guest Suite (subject to availability), car care center, pet wash station, attached and detached garages, storage units.
Your pets are not just guests; they are part of your family. We welcome up to two pets per apartment home. We are excited to meet your furbabies! Breed restrictions do apply, please inquire for more details if needed.
Our apartment homes come furnished with a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The Reserve at Meadowmont does not provide furnished units ALTHOUGH we partner and work with trusted vendors who can furnish the apartments exactly to your needs. We are happy to assist or contact these companies for you!
Our fitness center, bark park, Innovation Lounge, and car care center are open 24 hours, our pool and grilling stations are available from 10 AM - 10 PM, and our community garden and courtyards can be accessed during daylight hours.

We allow up to 2 pets per residence. All applicants and residents are required to complete a PetScreening profile prior to any pet taking residency in your home.
Admin
We strive to quickly process all applications that are received. We ask that all applicants complete the application fully, provide requested income documentation, and complete TwoDots verifications in the same timely matter. The application process normally takes 1 to 3 business days to process and complete. Times may vary and can be longer during the income, ID, and rental verification processes; times may be longer if applicants do not provide requested application documents within our 72-hour deadline or if additional documentation is requested.
Paying your rent is easy with our online resident portal. This portal allows you to make payments via bank account, debit card, and credit card; you can even schedule automatic payments as well. Service fees will be assessed for debit and credit cards. If needed, our office can accept rental payments via certified check, money order, or personal check. We do not accept cash payments.
Renter's Insurance is required for all residents/leaseholders. Each person is required to be listed on one policy or each person may have their own policies. Policy minimums are required; simply contact our team for further details.
Our apartment homes are cable/internet ready. Our residents have the option of choosing from AT&T, Spectrum, and Verizon. All billing is to be paid directly by the residents themselves.
Standard application documents that are needed for the application process included paystubs, income tax documents, bank statements, offer letters, and more. A full list of accepted documents are available via our Qualifying Criteria and all documents are screened by TwoDots, an income and ID verification partner.
The Reserve at Meadowmont will connect and set up your water & sewer utility directly through Conservice when you move-in. Residents are required to set-up electric services with Duke Energy prior to their move-in date. Any cable/internet services are also directly set-up by our residents.
Your rent does not include any utilities at this time. Water/Sewer/Stormwater, Electric, and Cable/Internet services are all billed separately to our residents, although all water billing will be made available to pay with your monthly charges.
If an application is denied, you will receive a refund of the administration fee. The application fee is non-refundable. If the application is denied due to criminal screening, we would refund any monies paid for the administration and application fees.
Your rent is due on the 1st of every month as per the terms of your lease agreement. There is a 5-day grace period for rent to be paid before late fees are charged. Please consult your lease regarding rent payments and late fees.
Applications can be completed online via our main website, www.thereserveatmeadowmont.com. If needed, we do offer on-site application assistance as well as a paper application.
Applications are $75/person for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the home. Occupants under the age of 18 will not need to pay any application fees. Along with the application, there is a $150 administrative fee. |
